Store Collards in the Fridge for several weeks. To extend their shelf life, wrap greens in a paper towel. Freezing collards and other hearty greens is a great way to insure they'll last. See instructions below.

Collard Greens are one of the hardiest plants that we grow; Rain, sleet, snow, bitter cold doesn't stop these greens from producing! Sure you can slow cook collards with pork the old timey way, but we're here to encourage you to try something new!
