All 3 Barn Farm Eggs are sold unwashed. Although the eggs are clean, we always recommend giving them a quick rinse right before you cook with them.

Unwashed & Unrefrigerated eggs will last months on your counter. A general rule is that once your egg is introduced to water or refrigerated, keeping it in cold storage is best.
